D3 Deliver – Business Processes and Implementation
Implementation and migration to operations will be supported with D3 Deliver: Business Processes and Implementation.
The implementation of new products and services can be already complex without considering existing systems. When there is a need to migrate existing systems or to interconnect with legacy systems complexity can increase tremendously.

We support mainly four with our business process and implementation method:Information technology is a major ingredient of most of the products and services we have worked on. Today, without substantial automation most services cannot be provided. The key to using information technology in an appropriate way are well defined and efficient business processes. No product or service can unleash its full potential without optimized processes. The five major determinants which Michael Hammer showed latest in 2007 in Harvard Business Review are:
- Design of the process: is the definition of the process high-level enough to be understood and is it detailed enough to be implemented?
- Employees: are your employees skilled enough and do they have required information?
- Responsibility: is there a high-level process owner?
- Metrics: are the metrics used appropriate to measure the success of the product or the service?
- Infrastructure: does information technology fit requirements?
While selecting vendors we start with looking on all technical and judicial possibilities. We perform on a frequent basis detailed requests for information and requests for proposal in order to select not only the cheapest but also the most appropriate vendor.
We offer project management if required. Planning and coordinating tests to make sure the product or service performs as expected is an area where we have significant experience.
It is important to measure the result of a project. We focus on understanding what the value for the customer is and which financial performance can be expected.
